Technology Exchange:
Integrated Technology ImprovesYour Facility Operation

The Technology Exchange at this year’s TAC event features an interactive demonstration of Emerson’s Intelligent Store™ architecture.  The Intelligent Store architecture creates an integrated network of products and services that transforms store level data into easy to understand, actionable information.  Focused on helping retail operators lower their energy and maintenance costs, the Intelligent Store architecture also assists in bettering asset management and compliance initiatives.  Don’t miss this opportunity to experience how these latest technological innovations will drive your business to new levels of profitability!

Enterprise Management
Attendees will have the opportunity to see and experience how Emerson’s ProAct™ offering enhances facility management decisions by providing critical insights into their facility operations.  Capabilities, such as demand response management, smart dispatch and invoice planning, energy monitoring and targeting, as well as carbon footprint estimation are specifically designed to lower retailer’s operating costs by minimizing energy consumption, reducing service calls, and providing actionable insights operators can use to improve their profitability.

Advanced System Components
At the foundation of the Intelligent Store architecture are the industry’s most efficient system components including:

  • Retail Solutions’ new wireless networking modules that reduce installation time and cost, while maximizing system reliability
  • Copeland’s® PerformanceAlert™ diagnostic module, which analyzes compressor performance, proactively predicting many common failures
  • Control Link® Walk-In Controller protects food quality, increases system uptime, and enables remote monitoring and alarming
  • Copeland Digital Discus® compressor, which automatically adjusts it’s performance to match load conditions, saving energy and increasing equipment life span

Training
Emerson’s Educational Services group will host live training sessions.  These 20-minute power sessions will focus how on participants apply many of the new software and hardware technologies highlighted at this year’s conference.  Specifically, attendees will learn how to apply and use ProAct software, wireless networking modules, Digital Discus compressors, PerformanceAlert, and Control Link device controllers.
